Edition #45 Notes

This is the second edition designed and screenprinted Dylan Goldberger — the first being Dog Gone Summer — an artist and illustrator from Brooklyn who creates super detailed woodcuts, linocuts, and screen prints that regularly feature anthropomorphized animals in humorous scenes.

Gram Possum and Emmylou Hare is an illustration from Four Legs, Wings, and Six Strings, a book and print portfolio featuring classic country singers and song writers re-imagined as part of the animal kingdom.

Each cover and endsheet was printed by Dylan himself at his Dog Gone Studios, located in the heart of Greenpoint Brooklyn. The cover uses Dylan's signature blue ink, which you'll find on almost every woodcut and screenprint he creates.

The endsheets in this edition are so hole-y, you'll wonder how they stay in place. Though delicate in look and feel, the endsheets are quite sturdy and add just the right touch to echo the feel of Gram Parsons & Emmylou Harris' music.
