The average processing time is 1 to 2 business days; however, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc.
Bookhead Club shipping
Your first Bookhead Club shipment will be processed based on availability.
If you signed up for auto renewal and the latest edition is in stock: your first shipment will be processed within 1 to 2 business days.
If you signed up for auto renewal and the latest edition is out of stock, or if you signed up for a one-time purchase starting with the upcoming edition: your first shipment will be processed right before the next edition is released. New editions arrive every other month during the months of February, April, June, August, October, and December, and are usually shipped towards the end of the month.
Please see the timetable below for the estimated shipping time for your country. The times only indicate transit time once your package has been handed over to a postal carrier. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

This shipping option is available for small and lightweight packages. When selected, your order will be mailed in a plain envelope and stamps. It is not trackable, nor is it insured. Dapper Notes is not responsible for any lost packages mailed under no-tracking international delivery.
For selected countries I offer expedited shipping at an extra charge. If your order is eligible for expedited shipping, you will be able to select it at checkout. Please note that for customs clearance purpose, phone number is required for expedited shipping.
Customs duties & clearance
In some cases, there will be VAT (Value Added Tax), other taxes, customs and/or duty fees levied by your destination country. These fees are not collected nor paid by Dapper Notes. You are responsible for remitting VAT and other import tax payments. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.
If customs clearance procedures are required under certain circumstances, delays may occur, which will affect the original delivery estimation time.
Dapper Notes is not responsible for any packages held, destroyed or returned by government or customs agencies and it is not the shop's responsibility to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. If your order is returned to me due to aforementioned reasons, I will charge you a returned shipping fee before resending or refunding the order. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.
Typically a carrier provides very minimal or no direct shipping insurance for any package that is shipped. If you'd like coverage for up to $100, select USPS Priority Mail during checkout. If you'd like coverage for a larger order, please leave a note during checkout and I will invoice you separately for the insurance amount.
Cancellations, returns, and damages
Q - Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
I work hard to help you get your orders as fast as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in the process to be shipped. This means there is only a very small window of time where I can catch your order before it is physically picked, packed, and set aside for shipping. Please reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible , and I'll let you know what I can do!
Gift cards are not returnable or refundable for cash. The good news is that the gift cards do not expire and can be used in multiple transactions until the credit runs out.
Q - What is your return policy?
Please get in touch within 30 days of receipt of your package. In your message please include your order number, the name of the product(s), and the reason why it didn't work out for you, and I'll do my best to work out an amenable solution.
I am unable to refund your original shipping charges/processing fees, and do not offer exchanges on any products. You will be responsible for all returning shipping fees.
If your order is returned to me due to incorrect shipping address, failure to claim the order, or any other mistake or negligence on your part, I will charge you a shipping fee before resending or refunding the order.
I can only accept returns for products purchased on this website (shop.dappernotes.com).
Q - Can I exchange a product?
I do not offer direct exchanges on any product.
Q - An item in my order was damaged in transit! What do I do?
Please get in touch with your order number, full name and an image of the damaged item and I'll be happy to help you!
Q - Can I cancel my Bookhead Club subscription?
If you signed up for auto-renewal, you can cancel the renewing charge from your account at any time. After cancelling you will still receive all of the notebooks you paid for.
If you would like to stop receiving Bookhead Club shipments that you already paid for, please get in touch. You are eligible to receive a refund for the amount you paid, minus the retail cost of all items you received (including: notebooks, items in your welcome kit, subscriber extras) and shipping charges incurred.
Q - How long does it take to receive a refund?
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of processing, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
Q - What happens if my package is returned to you as undeliverable?
All orders are shipped using the address you provide during checkout. If an order is returned to Dapper Notes as undeliverable using the address you provided, you can either opt to: 1) Have the package mailed to an updated address, in which case payment will be due to cover the cost of re-shipping the package to you, or 2) Have your order cancelled and a refund issued for the items. In either case, the shipping cost of the returned package will not be refunded.
Q - What happens if my package is lost?
In the very rare scenario that a package is deemed lost, you will be issued a full refund provided that shipping insurance was included in your shipment (see insurance terms above). A package is deemed lost if it is not delivered within 120 days. In such a case you must get in touch within 30 days of the package being considered lost so I can reship or refund your order.
