This special kit was created with embroidery artist Vika Pro. It's the very first interactive Dapper Notes notebook cover, and this kit comes with everything you need for hours of soothing embroidery. Makes a great gift for yourself, or your favorite creative person.
Inside the pouch you'll find eight colors of matching DMC embroidery floss, a pack of milliners needles specially made for embroidery, and everything else you'll need to DIY your notebook cover. Vika created a step-by-step insructional video, so you can feel comfortable getting started regardless of your embroidery experience.
The notebook cover is made using a very thin fabric to make for easy stitching. Inside the notebook you'll find a fantastic endsheet that was screenprinted to have a semi-transparent effect. The pages are graph, perfect for planning your next embroidery pattern.
"Back mountain stitch" is a play on the cover's design, and "back stitch", which is an embroidery term for a specific stitching style. We hope this kit inspires you to create many wonderful things.
Fray level: Normal
Most Dapper Notes covers are made using fabric, which naturally frays with use. Each material behaves differently, and this meter will help you gauge how much fraying to expect from your notebook. Read more about fabric covers
