Goodbye rewards
For the past few years, I've run a rewards program that gave back points on each purchase. One was able to redeem said points for discounts on subsequent orders.
As it turns out, despite accumulating many points, very few of you have ever taken advantage of the program. And by very few I mean a fraction of a fraction of a percentage overall. Which is fine and dandy by me of course, I was happy to keep the program around for those who made use of it despite how few.
At the start of December I got a notice from the rewards company (the whole program was powered by an app called Smile) that I'd have to pay a big monthly fee to keep it going. I wouldn't particularly mind doing so if it were a useful program to more people, but because of its low usage rates, it doesn't really make sense for me to keep it around.
So if you have rewards points, make sure to sign into your account before December 11th, 2025 and redeem them for a discount code.
Hello permanent discount
I am now happy to share that starting December 12th, 2025, all active Bookhead Club members will get an automatic discount on every one-time order. One-time meaning excluding subscription orders. If you are currently an active Bookhead Club member, you'll see a discount in your cart every time you shop, and yes it can be combined with any other offer I may run, though those tend to be rare, so this new program is an everyday win and a way for me to thank you my most dedicated friends.
